With the amazing CAD skills of Mykhailo Malko, we have created an accurate model of the frame of our motorcycle. We have 3D printed a small-scale version of the frame of the bike to serve as an armature for this miniature clay model. We want to make this model to serve as a reference for how our bike will look like in the future. After the entire model is completed, our plan is to 3D scan it, import it into Fusion 360 (CAD Software), scale up the model to the true size of the bike, and then smooth things out/ tweak the model until everything is symmetrical. The photo shown displays the progress made so far with the clay model. Obviously more work needs to be done in order to achieve our goals. Hopefully the model will be completed by August 9th, the last day of the summer 2 internship at Bergen Community College.
