Today, the team began by securing the battery from any unwanted electrical discharges from the battery. Once the battery was deemed safe, the team began connecting the Battery Management System to the battery pack, and began connecting the Battery Management System and battery to the microcontroller. A different gauge wire will be required to connect the Microcontroller, battery, and Battery Management System. Finally, the team began by soldering new connecters onto the wires that will combine these elements together.
